KAANP: Yeosu Post Office

2012년 여수 세계박람회(Expo)개최 및 신도시 개발이 한창인 여수는 1,2년 내 급격한 발전이 예상된다. 늘어나는 물동량과 고객서비스의 질을 높이고자 여수우체국 중축을 계획하였다. 국제도시로 발돋움하는 여수시의 우편, 물류 랜드마크로서 그 위상에 걸맞도록 기능향상 및 환경개선을 중점적으로 계획하여 경제적인 공간창출에 그 목적을 두었다.

기능향상, 작업효율, 주변조화, 경제성 측면에서를 계획적 특성이 고루 드러나도록하여 기존공간과 더불어 중측공간이 +a가 되는 계획을 하였다.

Yeosu is going to hold Expo in 2012 and Expo will contribute to Yeosu in many way. The Post office has to be extended for high quality customer services. Also its purpose is to make economical space based in functional and environment improvement for Yeosu that will grow into an international city.

This design graft extention facilities onto the existing system in functional improvement. Working efficency. Environmental Harmony and Economic Feasibility and it is going to be plus alpha.
